Exchange or Returns:

Email us at customer.service chanyewleathers.com within 14 days after the date of receiving the item.

Please enclose the delivery note and invoice in order for us to process your application.

Returned item must be new and in an unused and unworn condition, with the original packaging intact. The exchange or return is subject to Chan Yew Leathers Pte Ltd inspection and approval.

In the event of an exchange or refund, please allow 14 days after your return has been approved for our inspection and processing.

To maintain your item in its pristine condition, avoid prolonged and direct exposure to sources of light and heat. The product should be kept away from the contact of water, oils, perfumes and cosmetics. Our products are made with genuine leather and may show natural leather grains and indentations.

 

We also recommend storing the product in its original packaging when unused.
